The overnight investigation concluded with an arrest warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Mark Spitzer of the Grant County Circuit Court for Richard A. Jarvis III, age 40, on multiple charges:\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Child Molesting \u2013 (3 counts) Level 1 Felony<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sexual Misconduct with a Minor \u2013 (1 count) Level 4 Felony<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Incest \u2013 (1 count) Level 4 Felony<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nBond for Mr. Jarvis has been set at $200,000, cash, surety, and property. He is currently being held at the Grant County Security Complex.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe Grant County Sheriff\u2019s Office encourages anyone with additional information related to this investigation or other crimes against children to come forward.
