Lt. Zeiser also had reason to believe the driver, later identified as Steven D. Armfield, 58, from Kokomo, IN, did not possess a valid drivers license. The GMC failed to stop and led Zeiser on a pursuit through Kokomo for approximately 6-8 blocks.\r\n\r\nDuring the investigation, Lieutenant Zeiser gathered information leading to the belief that Armfield was under the influence.\u00a0Armfield was transported to an area hospital for a certified test before being transported to the Howard County Jail.\r\n\r\nA subsequent search of the GMC revealed suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, legend drug, and drug paraphernalia.\r\n\r\nAs a result of the pursuit and ensuing investigation, Armfield was preliminarily charged as follows:\r\n\r\n<strong>- Steven D.
