Rowe also faces 14 additional misdemeanor and traffic infractions that include&nbsp;aggressive driving, competing in a speed contest, no operator&#8217;s license in possession, speeding and disregarding an official traffic control device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Court documents state the arrest stemmed from an incident Friday, August 21, when a state trooper observed two&nbsp;motorcycles traveling 130 mph in a 60 mph zone going northbound on U.S. 31.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the trooper activated his emergency lights, it was reported one of the riders did not stop. A high speed chase ensued, but was later called off due to traffic and safety concerns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Later that evening a Kawasaki motorcycle was located by a Miami County Sheriff&#8217;s deputy near Wabash Rd and County Rd 700 E. Police soon identified the rider as Rowe and reported the motorcycle having a license plate registered to a different motorcycle.
