He brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and diverse skillset to the Crossroads team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Finance major at Grace College, Jacob brings a well-rounded background in financial services, insurance, leadership, and customer engagement, with experience at Primera Financial and West Agency. Alongside his professional work, he owns a CPR training business providing certification courses and has developed strong communication and leadership skills through roles as a barista and private guitar teacher &#8211; demonstrating his ability to connect with and serve others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During his internship, Jacob will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to team initiatives while learning more about community banking.
