Brian Pyle was West&#8217;s defense counsel.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sentencing for West is scheduled for 2 p.m. June 23. Following the verdict, West was remanded to the custody of the Kosciusko County Sheriff.<br><br>In March 2025, a Kosciusko County Sheriff&#8217;s Office deputy investigated a theft report. A woman said West had been allowed to use her debit card to run errands for her.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to court documents, the woman said West made unauthorized transactions through an ATM using her debit card.
